We had a wonderful time catering dinner for Murder on the Menu with one of favorites, The Wakery, in downtown Springfield, Illinois.
For this event we wanted to do something a little different. For our main entree we had a delightful pork steak with spiced pineapple salsa served on a bed of rice pilaf. To tie home the murder theme, we had a heaping stuffed cherry turnover with wildberry whipped cream.
The performance by MASS Media Productions took this event to a whole other level.
The event was a blast and we love every opportunity we get to work with The Wakery. Which we do a lot! We can’t wait for the next one.
